To connect drawings and detail coordination, appropriate material selection, procurement, bespoke production preparation and site work under one responsibility. To maintain clear communication between stages for investors, architects, main contractors and end users, completing work with checks and handover records.

Our working principles

We listen first and make scope and exclusions explicit. We support quality workmanship with preparation, approved details, appropriate materials and staged checks. Cost and programme implications of changes are made visible. We communicate only verifiable product performance and documentation, and openly record outstanding work and care requirements at handover.

One responsibility, from drawings to handover

Project drawings and revisions, material lists, subcontract packages, site programmes and acceptance criteria are connected parts of the agreed work. We coordinate them within that scope. Permits, structural, electrical, mechanical and other regulated services—and relevant specialists’ responsibilities—are defined separately. Necessary local approvals are not assumed.

Cabinet fronts and worktops are considered alongside measurements, storage layout, hardware, appliance interfaces, bespoke production, transport and installation. MFABER brings these elements into one project scope, so coordinating the stages does not rest with you alone.

From project drawings to handover.

1. Brief & initial review

   We review the space, available plans, intended use, budget approach and programme together, identifying survey and measurement needs.

2. Project drawings & scope

   We coordinate layout, furniture and execution drawings within the agreed scope. Measurement responsibility, revisions and relevant specialist approvals are recorded.

3. Materials & detail approval

   Finishes, colours, samples, hardware and junction details are selected together. Approved decisions inform execution and purchasing documents.

4. Procurement & production coordination

   Material lists, quantities, orders and bespoke production preparation follow a shared programme. Deliveries and site access are sequenced with the work.

5. Site execution & quality checks

   Defined subcontracting, preparation, fabrication and installation packages are coordinated. Substrates, dimensions, junctions and finishes are checked against the approved scope.

6. Review & handover

   We review completed work together and bring outstanding items, acceptance records and care documents into the handover file. MFABER remains your corporate contact.
